We monitor all Transac ATMs 24-hours a day, 365 days a year. Our primary focus is on customer service and support.

Each ATM has our toll-free number prominently displayed, so customers can easily contact us with any ATM issues or questions. Help Desk personnel are available 24/7 to resolve issues.

Our ATMs self-diagnose and alert our Technical Support team instantly with any problems – from bill jams to low-cash levels. Many of these issues can be repaired remotely without a site visit, but if the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will dispatch a member of our technical team.

Plan Options

Transac offers a number of different options to help meet our clients’ ATM needs. Whether you are looking to purchase, lease or revenue share an ATM, Transac has the ability to create a program that is right for you. Even if you already own an ATM, Transac can provide maintenance, support and bank processing to ensure your ATM stays profitable. Select from the following plan options:

Ownership Plan:
This plan offers our clients the opportunity to purchase or lease a Transac ATM at our distributor’s price. The client is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the ATM, including supplying and loading of the cash. Transac will supply the bank processing, monitoring and complete maintenance of the machine, for the life of the processing contract. As the owner, you receive the full amount of the surcharge.

Partnership Plan:
If you want the benefits of having an ATM on your premises but don’t want the risk involved with purchasing or leasing a machine, then Transac has the solution. Transac will supply and install an ATM, and provide all of the bank processing and maintenance of the machine. The client would be required to load the cash, provide a dedicated telephone line and an electrical outlet. This plan also allows the client to share in the profits generated by the surcharge without the need of any capital investment.

Turn-Key Plan:
This is a complete turn-key ATM solution that enables the client the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of ATM placement without the residual of risk. Transac will install an ATM on your premises and then be responsible for its day-to-day operation, at not cost of you. The only requirement of the client is to provide space to Transac. Minimum transactions required.
